He practiced with the leading law firms of Covington and Burling, and Clifford and Warnke. He has served as General Counsel for the large real estate workout firm of J.E. Robert Company. He was General Counsel of the leading space tourism firm, Space Adventures, and the undersea multifaceted firm of Deep Ocean Expeditions.
